I have lived from my artwork and art related jobs since 1971 and am self-taught. I have traveled around the world studying techniques and attitudes.

My motivation to create art is to communicate perspectives, beliefs, and environments both interior and exterior. My hope is to create a dialogue.

My approach to create art has changed though the years. I tend to work in series. The concept has become the most important element. The art work has become the vehicle to deliver the ideas, hopefully in a palatable and aesthetic way. My work often changes. I find that different media fit deferent concepts. I visualize an idea and explore it visually or audibly. When the concept is completely explored, the series is usually over.
