Elvio Becheroni (1934 - 2000) was active/lived in Brazil, Italy.  Elvio Becheroni is known for Abstract, geometric sculpture, mixed-media abstract image two-dimentional artwork.

Elvio Becheroni, 1934 – 200, was an Italian painter, sculptor, ceramicist and designer. He was born in Florence. He lived in Milan but in his adult life he moved to Brazil where he spent the rest of his life. His career as an artist started during the 60s when he partecipated in numerous collective expositions and personal ones especially in Milan.

In 1978 Becheroni left Italy and moved to Brasil. His taste and work were then inspired by the untouched nature and especially fine wood quality for its sculptures. After an expedition in the Amazon forest, he recovered some tree trunks saved from the flames of a fire, and he realized high sculptures symbolizing the nature's suffering due to men activities. For many years he dedicated his artistic career for the environmentalist cause for the survival of the amazon forest.

During his career he designed and realized very different artworks from oil paintings, large wood sculptures and design pieces.
