Barent Graat (1628 - 1709) was active/lived in Flemish.  Barent Graat is known for Genre, historical scenes, and portraits in the style of Bamboccianti.

Barend Graat was a Dutch painter from Amsterdam who specialized in genre, historical scenes, and portraits. His early works were Italianate landscapes in the style of P. de Laer, who was also known as 'Il Bamboccio'. Van Laer's work gave rise to an entirely new genre of painting called the Bamboccianti, although Graat never visited Italy himself. Graat's work falls under the Bamboccianti school, and he is known for his genre scenes, historical scenes, and portraits.
