Ernest Friedrich Carl Lang (19/20th century) was active/lived in Germany.  Ernest Lang is known for Painting, natural history, birds, flowers.

Ernest Friedrich Carl Lang was the son of Kilian Lang, miniature painter and harpist. He moved to Ruremburg in 1755, and studied as a pupil of the miniaturist Barbara Regina Dietzsch (1706-1783). There he achieved renown for his exquisite paintings of natural history subjects, principally birds and flowers. Examples of Lang's work are held by three European Museums: The Staatsbibliothek Bamber, The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge and the Germanisches National museum in Nuremburg.
