Paul E. Maxwell (1925 - 2015) was active/lived in Texas, California.  Paul Maxwell is known for Mixed-media abstraction, conceptual, sculpture, prints.

Born in Frost Prairie, AR on Sept. 17, 1925. After graduating from Principia College in Illinois, Maxwell moved to southern California and did graduate work at Claremont College. He currently lives in San Diego.
