Yves Maximo (Born 1959) is active/lives in France, Morocco.  Yves Maximo is known for Geometric design painting, chess-game themes.

Yves Maximo was born on December 7 in Casablanca and naturally painted what he likes, such as chess games with his favorite models such as Fischer, Euwe, Botvinnik and many others.

But while some complain of having arrived too late, Yves Maximo on the other hand accomplishes his task. All in silence and perseverance: Straight lines, steep, square structures give us the impression of seeing abstract paintings. But behind this graphic expression hides in reality a historical face and a figurative painting.
