Charles Richard Bone

Charles Richard Bone (1809 - 1880) was active/lived in United Kingdom.  Charles Bone is known for Figure, genre paintings.

Charles Bone, son of Henry Pierce Bone, exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1828 at the age of 19.

He was awarded a silver medal for a portrait miniature in 1825 by the Society of Arts. Bone also exhibited at the R.A., B.I., and S.B.A. 1826-1848.

He was influenced by Richard Cosway and T. Lawrence. He signed his miniatures 'C.R. Bone' parallel to the edge of his work. Two miniatures by Charles Bone were in the O'Brien collection.

He died in 1880.
