George Kush

George Kush is known for Painting.

An award winning artist before the age of twelve, George Kush has continuously endeavored to share his passion for the Canadian story with paint, palette and brush.  Gifted with a strong eye for composition and possessing a commitment to historical integrity George’s work conveys love for our northern landscape, our people and our colorful past. 

He is a published author and historian for national and international publications, documentary and feature films.  George has been a member of the “Blood Tribe’s Head Dress (War Veterans) Society” for almost 2 decades and was recently honored with his own Blackfoot name.  George has participated in numerous shows and auctions and his original works are currently found in collections throughout the world.
