Guy Charon

Guy Charon (1927 - 2021) was active/lived in France.  Guy Charon is known for Fok art style landscape painting, lithography.

A modern French landscape painter and lithographer, Guy Charon has exhibited his art in major Paris salons since 1954. These include the Salon de la Nationale des Beaux-Arts, Salon des Independants, Salon d'Automne and Ecole de Paris - Galerie Charpentier.

Since 1956 his paintings and lithographs have been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions in France, the United States, Venezuela, Switzerland, Monaco, Norway, Sweden and Japan.
The art of Guy Charon is today held in many private and public collections around the world, including the Musee de Saint-Cyrien, the Musee de Petit-Palais, Geneva, Switzerland, the Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris, and the Musee d'Art moderne de la Ville de Paris. Charon has also been the subject of French film documentaries in 1960, 1983 and 1985.
