Howard Bennett

Artist of portrait drawings in Dispatch, 1941. “Private Bennett of Headquarters Detachment, a former fashion illustrator for I. To date he has finished portraits of many of the higher ranking officers, two of whom include Brigadier General Charles H. White, Camp Commander, and Colonel Charles L.
