Jules Adler

Jules Adler (1865 - 1952) was active/lived in France.  Jules Adler is known for Land-and townscape painting.

Jules Adler was a French naturalist painter born in Luxeuil-les-Bains in 1865. He is nicknamed "the painter of the humble". Adler trained at the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Paris, at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts-Décoratifs and at the Académie Julian where he created the masked ball which later became the Bal des Quat'z'Arts.
