Justus Lundegard (1860 - 1924) was active/lived in Sweden.  Justus Lundegard is known for Impressionist paintings.

Justus Lundegård was a Swedish artist who arrived in Paris in March 1891, and was greatly influenced by Monet's paintings. He became an impressionist painter and spent the winter of 1891-1892 in Montigny-sur-Loing with his friends, where he painted energetically outdoors.

Lundegård's Impressionist work is rare on the auction market and is highly valued.
