Keith Bond

Keith Bond (20/21st century) is active/lives in Colorado, Utah.  Keith Bond is known for Plein-air landscape painting, public murals.

"Keith Bond depicts the majestic landscape with reverence and awe, his paintings take us away to commune with nature," writes Clint Watson of Informed Collector. Bond's oil paintings seem to reflect his veneration for the earth. He has a gift of capturing the true essence of the place.

Bond spent his youth exploring the remote mountains and canyons near his childhood home in rural Cache Valley, Utah. He was featured in Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine, in February of 2006.

He completed two commissioned murals for the Senate Chamber of the Utah State Capitol Building. They were unveiled during a gala event and dedication ceremony of the newly renovated Capitol Building in January of 2008. Most recently, a large scale mural project was installed into the Draper Utah Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The mural, depicting an aspen grove, measures over 11 feet high and nearly 90 feet long as it wraps around the room.
