Marcello Morandini

Marcello Morandini (Born 1940) is active/lives in Italy.  Marcello Morandini is known for Painting and sculpture.

Marcello Morandini was born in Mantua in 1940.  While studying at the Academy of Brera he was working for a design studio in Milan.  In 1968 he participated in the Venice Biennial, followed by his first retrospective at the Kestner Gesellschaft Hannover in 1972.

In 1977 he was represented at the documenta in Kassel.  From 1995-97 he lectured at the Summer Academy of Art and Design in Salzburg and at the Cantonal School of Lausanne, additionally acting as Director of the International Museum of Ceramic Design in Cerro, Laveno.
