FKDL

FKDL (Born 1963) is active/lives in France.  FKDL is known for Street art painting.

FKDL is a self-taught artist.  He embarked on the discovery and use of various techniques and materials while in the 80 and 90, a period marked by various formations some of which will have a decisive impact on the artist.  He spent a year at the Berçot studio to study fashion design, a learning year in the Annie Fratellini Circus School, in which the experiences can be seen in the works of FKDL.

The artist is interested in the mobility of its characters: generally he distinguishes women in his paintings with almost acrobatic movement, glamorous style that mixes together the sweetness and grace of ballerinas.  In the 90s, Franck Duval made collages of images and became famous with a technique he discovered in the 2000s: Art Scotch, a registered technique which covers two main steps: sticking to the aid of a transparent adhesive tape recycled and diverted magazines and their recomposition in a personal way on a final support.
