Hans Massmann (1887 - 1973) was active/lived in Romania, Austria.  Hans Massmann is known for Landscape paintings.

Born in Bukarest in 1887, Hans Massman received his painterly education at the Vienna Academy. Together with Egon Schiele he attended from 1906 to 1909 the painting class of Professor Christian Griepenkerl. The outdated teaching methods of the aged Academy professor resulted in permanent conflict with the students. Schiele, who left the Academy in 1909, then founded the New Art Group, which had its first exhibition in the year 1909 in the Salon Pisko in Vienna with Hans Massmann and other artists.
