Lisa Whitney (early 20th century) was active/lived in New York, Connecticut.  Lisa Whitney is known for Painting.

Lisa Whitney leaves the ranks of missing early 20th century American woman artists and joins the ranks of artists of whom about which we know little to nothing.  She studied at the Art Students League.  At some point in her life she lived in New Haven, CT.  In the 1930's she painted in a Regionalist style with a heavy accent of Modernism, and she did exhibit a few paintings at Academy shows.
