Owen Bowen (1873 - 1967) was active/lived in United Kingdom.  Owen Bowen is known for Windmill and coastal scene painting.

Owen Bowen was born in Leeds, where he studied and set up his studio.  In the summer he used to go to the Yorkshire coast where he bought a cottage in Robin Hoods Bay and was elected as a member of the famous Staithes School in 1904. 

In the early part of the twentieth century, Owen Bowen visited Holland where he painted a number of coastal and windmill scenes.  While he was there he became seriously ill, but survived and lived on into his nineties.
