Wout Hoeboer (1901-1983) lived in Brussels in 1933. He participated in the exhibition Cobra in 1949 and became friends with Picasso and Mondrian. Hoeboer evolved towards Dadaism, which he became one of the most influential figures of the Netherlands, hence its nickname "Wout Dada". His works are in Museums of Brussels and Ostend. Wout Hoeber passed away in 1983.
