Olle Skagerfors is an artist known for his strong appearance and ability to capture personalities in his images. He was particularly skilled at drawing and his self-portraits were a series of studies in which he became a witness and model for a life in constant motion. 

Skagerfors was fascinated by the decomposition of the human body and his self-portraits seemed to open a door to an inner being beyond the outer facade.
