Robert Yellowhair Sr. of Snowflake AZ passed away, Monday, July 25, 2016 in Tucson, AZ, after fighting many health conditions. He was born on August 8, 1937 in Na-ah-tee Canyon, AZ to Peter and Phoebe Yellowhair as part of the Zuni Running in to Water Clan born for Cliff Dwellers. His fraternal and maternal Clans are of the Towering House
Clan.

Robert was a world known person. He was an artist, buckle maker and saddle maker. Robert loved to hunt with his family. He was a past President of the All Indian Rodeo Cowboy Association. He qualified for the I.N.F.R. seven times as a team roper. At an early age he also studied oil painting in Carson City Nevada and has since painted thousands of paintings.
