Jing Xiang

Jing Xiang (Born 1968) is active/lives in China.  Jing Xiang is known for Sculpture.

Xiang Jing was born in Beijing in 1968, and graduated from the Department of Sculpture of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.  Her graduate works receive the First Prize of "Graduate Show of Central Academy of Fine Arts 1995," and the First Prize of The Okamatsu Family Fund; the work was then collected by the Central Academy of Fine Arts.  Besides from creating art, Xiang Jing once taught at Shanghai Normal University, and every year she is invited to participate in many sculpture exhibitions worldwide.  Her major solo exhibitions include: 2001 "Day Dream - Solo Exhibition," IVY Bookstore, Shanghai; 2003 "Women in the Morror," Chinese European Art Center, Xiamen, China; 2003 "Art of Xiang Jing," Tuan Cheng Gallery, Beijing; 2006 "Your Body - Xiang Jing 2000-2005," Shanghai Art Museum, Shanghai; 2008 "Naked Beyond Skin - An Asia Touring Project of Sculpture Imageries by Xiang Jing," Tang Contemporary Art, Hong Kong - Bangkok - Beijing.  Among   ...  [Displaying 1000 of 1436 characters.]  Artist bio
