“Lenard Kester is one of the Southland’s outstanding artists. He works not only in oil but also in watercolor and other mediums. His paintings are a happy combination of the modern technique and understandable art. One feels the message he tries to portray in his painting. He is a national exhibitor of note and has won innumerable awards, not only here in Laguna Beach but throughout the United States. His painting ‘The Wedding’ was a prize winner in this years All California Show at the Festival of Arts.
