Joe Ruiz Grandee (Born 1929) is active/lives in Texas.  Joe Grandee is known for Cowboy genre, portrait, illustrator.

A third generation Texan, born in Dallas, Joe Grandee became a noted sculptor, illustrator, and painter of western subjects. In 1974, a one-man retrospective of his work was held at the U.S. Capitol, and he has been appointed the official state artist of Texas by the Texas Legislature.
