The focus is on collection of items reflective of regional history, fine art and American Indian and other cultures. Included are 10,000 photographs of Plateau Indian culture, an interpretive complex of a mining operation, dating to 1898, owned by Amasa B. Campbell. Also featured are works of contemporary art and Spokane WPA projects including the Grand Coulee Dam Construction Suite of Vanessa Helder.
