Christos Foukaras (Born 1944) is active/lives in Cyprus, Russian Federation.  Christos Foukaras is known for Painting.

Born in Kissonerga Paphos in 1944. He studied painting at the School Sourikov Moscow. After his studies he worked in Athens a series of works on the events of 1974, where he presented them, before settling permanently in his hometown. He teaches art in secondary education. In his early works there are scenes of rural life, who never gave up, with a realistic performance. Later he went on a personal style combining the Byzantine tradition and folk art. He remains faithful to figurative painting with various techniques and uses strong colors in compositions that stand out for their balance.
