Juan DePrey (1904 - 1962) was active/lived in New York / Puerto Rico.  Juan DePrey is known for Child portrait, genre, harbor view and plantation landscape painting.

A self-taught painter who was comfortable working in different kinds of media, Juan DePrey became particularly known for his engaging portraits and genre scenes, especially of children.

Partially of Haitian descent, Juan De'Prey was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1904.  He spent some time in New York City and died of a heart attack in his home at New York City, November 30, 1962.
