Bension Rabinowicz (1905 - 1989) was active/lived in Poland, France.  Bension Rabinowicz is known for Premonitory Drawings, mural painting, landscapes, and portraits.

BENN, also known as Bençion Rabinowicz, was a Polish artist born in 1905 in Bialystok. He was admitted to the Union of Professional Artists in 1929 and began exhibiting his works in various cities in Poland. BENN is associated with the School of Paris. His main works include 72 Premonitory Drawings, which were exhibited at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. He also created a mural painting in 1985 that was exhibited at the Unesco House for Love and Peace in Paris, as well as a set of landscapes and portraits of Parisian celebrities that were exhibited at the Carnavalet Museum. Additionally, he created "The Songs of the Bible," which were exhibited at the Avelines Museum in Saint-Cloud. BENN passed away in 1989.   ...  [Displaying 744 of 1396 characters.]  Artist bio
