Carlos Revilla (1940 - 2000) was active/lived in France, Peru.  Carlos Revilla is known for Surreal figure drawing and painting.

The son of a Peruvian diplomat and a French mother, Carlos Revilla has been moving from one European capital to the next all his life.

But he never loses sight of his Peruvian roots.
