Carlos Pablo Ripamonte

Carlos Pablo Ripamonte (1874 - 1968) was active/lived in Argentina.  Carlos Ripamonte is known for Argentine landscape and folklore painting.

Carlos Pablo Ripamonte, an Argentine painter and writer, studied at the Sociedad estímulo de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires from 1892 to 1896.  Between 1900 and 1904 he continued his studies in Europe.

From 1909 onwards he held professorships at the Academia de Bellas Artes Nactionale and the Escola de Artes de la Nación Decorativo in Buenos Aires.  The Argentine landscape and the folklore of the country were the primary sources of his oeuvre.
