Greta Knutson-Tzara was an artist who lived in Paris from 1929 and studied under André Lhote. She was married to Tristan Tzara, a prominent figure in Dadaism. Her artwork often consisted of still lifes with fruits in cool tones, such as the painting "Nature morte with melon slices" which was featured in a 2005 exhibition on Dadaism
