Macbeth is buried in his family plot in Nova Scotia, Canada. Macbeth was a character in Greenwich Village during the 1960s, known for wearing Elizabethan garb and sporting pink hair. He held court at Lenny's and sometimes had a parrot on his shoulder. Macbeth was associated with playwrights Harry Koutoukas and Tom Eyen, as well as artists like Andy Warhol. He is known for his black light posters.
