Otto Gussmann

Otto Gussmann (1869 - 1926) was active/lived in Germany.  Otto Gussmann is known for Painting.

After completing his studies, Otto Gussmann became known for his architecture-related painting in the Berlin Reichstag and was appointed professor at the ornament school of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden. Gussmann was a member of the Dresden Association of Fine Artists, the first Dresden Secession, and a founding member of the Dresden Artists' Association. As a teacher of the "Brücke" artists, Gussmann took part in their first exhibition. Otto Dix is one of his most famous students.
