ZENOY (Born 1974) is active/lives in France.  ZENOY is known for Street art, graffiti painting.

Originally from the western suburbs of Paris, he discovered graffiti in the late 1980s to the early movement Graffiti / Hip Hop.  In 1988 he began his first affix tags as "AWAISUN" not  knowing that this was the beginning of a long story for him.  Later in  1988, he again changed his name and chose that of "TRESH" with friends like STEDY TFB, KONY NMC ... That's when he really began to practice graffiti in the Metro line 4 and the Montparnasse train line.  At that time he liked the atmosphere in the group and graffiti began to take more and more space in his life and in his head.  In 1990, he again changed his name: "TRESH" becomes "Zenoy" and this time it is good, five letters, a name that sounds graffiti.

Originally from the western suburbs of Paris, he discovered graffiti in the late 1980s to the early movement Graffiti / Hip Hop.  In 1988 he began his first affix tags as "AWAISUN" not  knowing that this was the beginning of a long story for him.  Later in  1988, he again changed his name and chose that of "TRESH" with friends like STEDY TFB, KONY NMC ... That's when he really began to practice graffiti in the Metro line 4 and the Montparnasse train line.  At that time he liked the atmosphere in the group and graffiti began to take more and more space in his life and in his head.  In 1990, he again changed his name: "TRESH" becomes "Zenoy" and this time it is good, five letters, a name that sounds graffiti. 

This is the beginning of a long adventure, he made his first graffiti "Zenoy" on the railway line from Montparnasse and quickly met other taggers, STORM AND OSTAR Crew OPR.  With them he spent whole nights to tag the streets of the capital. 

In 1991, he met ZEA and KRUZ as well as many members of the crew DKC.  It was then that a new story started.  Zenoy made his first graffiti on the subway and trains but the tag is still very present in his mind, "I love tagg above all." Later in 1995, he met SEZAM Crew D77 (SHUCK 2 ICZN, ORGAN, BEARS ...) which was a pioneer of the graffiti on the train at that time.  He quickly joined the team and many meetings and group outings to pursue his passion, graffiti. 

Today, graffiti is an integral part of his life, 20 years have passed and Zenoy is always looking for a certain harmony between colors and shapes.  Although the letter is the basis of his work, he is constantly trying to mix and create ever higher graffiti.  Besides the street graffiti, he has been painting graffiti on canvas for over 15 years and participated in numerous contemporary exhibitions.  When working on canvas, he is always looking to mix, to create, to innovate and turn into chimeras everything he saw and experienced in his life. 

After all these years he still has the same motivation and the same enthusiasm when asked about graffiti.  So even if the vandal mode is no longer as before, Zenoy continues to be productive and creative.  His ideas and concepts have fused and he gradually emerged as a true artist of the world of contemporary art.

French graffiti artist with a passion for spray-painting from an early age, Zenoy was introduced to graffiti by a New York classmate. Now a world-renowned artist, Zenoy's pop style is akin to animation, with a narrative dimension that was relatively new to the graffiti world.
