Michael Ghaui (Born 1950) is active/lives in Kenya, England.  Michael Ghaui is known for African wildlife painting.

One of the foremost painters of the African wilds, Michael Ghaui was born and raised on a farm in Tanzania. His interest in nature and wildlife painting goes back as far as he can remember. Ghaui considers himself a fortunate man to be able to live and paint amongst the animals and land he knows so well.

Ghaui was educated both in Kenya, where he studied art to an advanced level, and in Great Britain, where he obtained a degree in agriculture from London University. While in Great Britain, he continued to paint and made frequent trips back to the African bush at every opportunity.

Ghaui began to paint professionally in 1978. He has had several exhibits in Nairobi and has had regular exhibits in the United States since 1975. His works hang in numerous private collections the world over. Ghaui has also participated in the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum's "Wildlife in Art" show.
