Xi Xu

Xi Xu (1940 - 2015) was active/lived in Asia, China.  Xi Xu is known for Painting.

Xu Xi was born in Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province in 1940.  He studied at the Art Academy Zhejiang from 1956-1965.  After graduation he used to work for the Beijing Art Press, among others as a painter, cartoonist and graphic artist in the creative department.  He became famous for his landscape paintings which he executed in wash and ink drawings. 

He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and nowadays lives in the United States and China.  His works are represented internationally, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, the USA and Austria.
