Edgar Doctor (1941) was born in Calabanga, Camarines Sur. (watercolors and abstract sculpture) He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a bachelor's degree of Fine Arts in 1965. He worked for six months as a diorama artist and illustrator at the National Historical Commission.
