Lefteris Economou (1930 - 2007) was active/lived in England, Cyprus.  Lefteris Economou is known for Painting.

Born in Frenaros, 1930, Economou. He studied at St. Martin's School of Art from 1949 to 1950 and Sir John Cass College in London from 1950 to 1954.  He trained at Gold Smith's School of Art London University from 1954 to 1955.  In 1953 he received the N. D. D. with painting as special subject.

He painted the urban and rural landscape and people of Cyprus with a color peculiarity reminiscent of the mosaic.
