Steven Blade Ogburn

Steven Blade Ogburn (Born 1958) is active/lives in New York.  Steven Ogburn is known for Graffiti art, lettering.

Blade belongs to the famous crew The Crazy Five.  In the early 70s, with his acolytes Death, Vamm, Spat, Tull and his partner Comet, they painted the relentless trains.  Their style is the freedom of youth, rock and roll, and adolescents of mind that is needed with no limits to mark their territory.

His pieces on trains are directly inspired by his personal life, the trains being his log.  Unlike many, Blade has created his own style, and was not inspired by his peers.  His work is a tribute to the power of pure energy and a limitless imagination.   ...  [Displaying 581 of 916 characters.]  Artist bio
