Max Unold (1885 - 1964) was active/lived in Germany.  Max Unold is known for Painting.

In 1906 Max Unold (1885-1964) attended the private art school Moritz Heymann and since 1908 he studied at the art academy in Munich under Hugo von Habermann.  In 1913 he was co-founder of the artist group ‘Münchener Neue Secession‘.  As the last president of the group he had to witness the forced self-dissolution under the NS regime.  Since 1946 he was president of the Federal Association of Visual Artists in Munich.
