Franz Krippendorf

Franz Krippendorf (1907 - 1982) is known for Paintings.

Franz Krippendork was born in 1907 in Innsbruck and passed away in Weilheim. Krippendork painted German-Austrian portraits, and was a marine and landscape painter. In 1925, in Rosenheim, Franz turned to painting. He studied from 1927-29 at the Akademie Stuttgart under Adolf Hölzel, and trained on lake Starnberg and at the "Art school of the West" in Berlin. For two years he was in a masterclass with Carl Reiser in Partenkirchen. From 1948-59 Krippendork worked in the district Farchant.from 1959: Fuchs, Saur "Bio-Bibliographical lexicon" and Internet.
