Miao Jing-Chang was born in Hubei in 1966, and graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Innermongolia Normal University.  He then participates in several official fine arts associations as well as teaching lectures at Inner Mongolia University of Technology Fine Art Department.  Important award-winning experience include: 1998 Silver Prize in "The Third Chinese Ie Jien Art Show," 1999 Bronze Medal in "The 9th National Art Show," 2004 given an honor of "DE I SHUANG SIEN Artist of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region," 2005 won the best prize "Shen Ma Prize" of the Second Artistic Creation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.  Miao Jing-Chang's landscape painting mostly adopts from his familiar northern plain where mountains and every scenery are pure.  It is because of such purity that Miao's paint brush depicts broad view and uniqueness of northern district.  In the long gaze of silent landscape, his artwork brings audience into a sup   ...  [Displaying 1000 of 1049 characters.]  Artist bio
