Piotr Ossovski (1925 - 2015) was active/lived in Ukraine.  Piotr Ossovski is known for Modernist landscape, skyscape, church and industrial scene painting.

Merited Artist of the RSFSR (1970), People’s Artist of the RSFSR. People’s Artist of the USSR. Corresponding member of the USSR Arts Academy Graduated from the V.I. Surikov Moscow State Institute of Arts. Studied under S.V. Guerassimov, N.H. Maksimov, D.K. Mochalsky, S.N. Kostina, I.I. Chekmazova, V.V. Favorsky. 

Participant of the exhibitions since 1954. In 1963 was awarded with the USSR Arts Academy Silver Medal for the serial of works “Cuba”. Personal exhibitions of the Artist were held in Moscow (1964, 1978, 1983 and 1985), Poland (1965), Italy (1966), Czech Republic (1975), Slovakia (1975), Finland (1984), Ukraine (1986), Germany (1987) and Spain (1992)
