Liu Jianhua, was born in 1962 , Ji\'an,Jiangxi. In 1977, he entered the Jingdezhen porcelain sculpture workshops to work. 1985 ,he was admitted to the Academy of Fine Arts Department of Jingdezhen Ceramic Sculpture, graduated in 1989 and then taught in Yunnan Art Institute. Now,he is an associate professor of fine arts Yunnan Art Institute. since 2004,he has served as a professor at Shanghai University Academy of Fine Arts. He is currently working and living in Shanghai, China.
