Yves Maximo was born on December 7 in Casablanca and naturally painted what he likes, such as chess games with his favorite models such as Fischer, Euwe, Botvinnik and many others.

But while some complain of having arrived too late, Yves Maximo on the other hand accomplishes his task. All in silence and perseverance: Straight lines, steep, square structures give us the impression of seeing abstract paintings.
