Conrad Kiesel (1846 - 1921) was active/lived in United States, Germany.  Conrad Kiesel is known for Figure and genre paintings, portraits.

Kiesel studied at the Düsseldorf Academy. In 1885, he moved to Berlin, where he had already participated since 1870 in the exhibitions of the Academy of Fine Arts in the city. As one of the most important German exponents of salon painting of his time, he preferably depicted young girls and society ladies, which at the same time allowed him to show his talent for materiality. Kiesel was also successfully represented internationally, notably in Vienna and London, as well as at the Universal Exhibitions in Paris in 1900 and Rome in 1911.   ...  [Displaying 541 of 906 characters.]  Artist bio
