Jasper McKinney (Born 1961) is active/lives in England.  Jasper McKinney is known for Mixed media abstract landscape, buildings, people, sculpture.

Born in 1961 in Banbridge, Co Down, Jasper McKinney MBE was educated at the Ulster Polytechnic and Brighton College of Art, graduating in 1983 with a first-class Honours, BA Fine Art (Sculpture). Two years later, he graduated with a Higher Diploma in Fine Art from the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London, and in 1990 from the University of Ulster with an Advanced Diploma in Further and Higher Education.

At the Slade School he was awarded the Boise Travel Scholarship to Japan, and in 1987 he was awarded the Alice Berger Hammerschlag Trust Award for travel to California and Mexico. He is currently Assistant Director at Southern Regional College on secondment to the Department of Employment and Learning.
