NESTOR HIPPOYLE FRUGE

Self-trained. Operated art school in New Orleans. Presently in Acapulco, Mexico. Oils and Watercolors.

Born Bayou LaFourche, Louisiana, 1916.

Areas of experience:

New Orleans, New York, Paris, and Mexico.

Achievements and awards date back to mid-30's.

Operated Fruge's Academy of Art, New Orleans, 1949-1952. Since then has
traveled and exhibited principally in Europe and Mexico with frequent
periodic sojourns in New Orleans.
