Yoshitaka was born in 1952 in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.  He joined "Tatsunoko Production" company when he was merely 15 years old, and participated in the production of the very famous cartoon: "Gatchman." 

He was invited many times to hold exhibitions in New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong and others.

Amano uses delicate lines, contrasting strong colors, giving the paintings a mysterious, futuristic fantasy.  The imaginative area between reality and fiction combines Eastern classic atmosphere and European fantasizing literatures, and  creates a space, thriving without limits and the power to explode.
