Edward H Bennett

Edward H. Bennett (20th century) was active/lived in Illinois, New Mexico.  Edward Bennett is known for Architecture, landscape painting.

Primarily known for his architectural prominence in Chicago, Edward H. Bennett was also a painter, having studied in Paris at École des Beaux Arts where he earned a reputation for his skills, especially with watercolors.  After becoming established as an architect and semi-retired, he pursued his painting talents in the mid 1930s, when he and his family, became regular summer inhabitants until World War II, and built an adobe home at Ghost Ranch in the northwestern part of New Mexico.
